Job Description

    Sales Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and events.Client Consultation: Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their IT requirements and offer tailored solutions that align with their business needs.Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys IT products, services, and solutions (such as software, hardware, cloud solutions, IT infrastructure, etc.) to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.Sales Presentations & Demos: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, highlighting the features and advantages of the offered IT solutions.Lead Management: Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and converting opportunities into sales.Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, repeat business, and upsell opportunities.Market Research: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position the companys offerings.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to support sales efforts, provide feedback on client needs, and refine product offerings.
