7 years experience in working with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion), Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS or similar technologies. Experience working with Timekeeping systems like ADP E-Time, Kronos is preferable. Able to understand the requirements, understand the data model/architecture of the system quickly and prepare technical documents, perform unit testing and automated testing, handle developmental tasks with development team. Proficient in following HR modules like Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Timekeeping, Performance Appraisals and Recruitment (Taleo) Solution delivery activities including requirements analysis, design, development and testing Understand the needs of non-technical internal application users, and maintain strong support relationships with managers, leads, and end-user community in all business areas. Work with business counterparts to produce design documentation for system changes and translate changes into coherent, timely and scalable solutions. Also responsible for business analysis and delivering a technical design document. Coordinate migrations/implementation of changes between the different Oracle Application environments (i.e., Development, Test, and Production). Expertise in the Interfaces, conversion and data migration between different Oracle modules, Oracle Cloud and 3 rd party applications. Excellent communication skills and manage multiple priorities Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment coordinating with internal customers to help support and enhance business systems.
