Job Description

Should have 5- 7 years experience in Sr. IT Recruitment for North American region Write and post technical job descriptions Ability in handling end to end US recruitment Perform pre- screening calls to analyze applicants abilities Excellent experience working on Job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, Social networking sites, head hunting etc to get the right profiles matching the requirements at the shortest possible time Create a pipeline of qualified technical resources Should be familiar with all Visas and Tax terms (W2 Hourly, 1099, Corp to Corp) Understanding the Job Requirement, source and screen the best Candidate, negotiate rates, schedule interviews, receive evaluation etc Follow up with candidate untill onboarding process completes Must be willing to work night shifts. Job Skills: Thorough understanding about the technical recruitment process. Must posses a fine knowledge on background checks and documentations required for the short- listed candidates Work closely with our Account Managers and Senior Recruiters to determine qualified staffing needs Proactively develop, drive, and execute search strategies to recruit candidates Effectively recruit IT professionals with a can- do attitude maintaining quick turnaround time. Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients on a regular basis Perfect customer service mindset. A good track of sales experience will be an added virtue Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superb phone presence Highly motivated, competitive nature with an innate sense of urgency Ability to think strategically and connect the dots Interest in technology and IT staffing Willing to work as per US central timings/ Night Shift. Self- confidence and self- starter with excellent interpersonal skills Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for proof reading, editing and formatting Improves company appeal by recommending new practices to hire right. Minimum Experience: 5 Yrs Maximum Experience: 7 Yrs Roles & Responsibilities: Serve as the internal expert on your candidate portfolio (daily/ weekly reporting) Research new technologies Maintain up- to- date pipeline information Create and maintain Candidates database Format resumes meeting client expectations Setup Interviews Negotiate with the candidates and recruitment partners Ensure smooth on- boarding of the candidates Foster long- term relationships with candidates Education: MBA - HR, Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related fieldsYour application is now submitted successfully.
