Key skills required for the job are: ITIL - IT Asset Management-L1, (Mandatory) .As a Project Manager, you are responsible for end to end project management for the assigned project - includes project planning, delivery, client interaction, trouble shooting, managing project operational parameters and people management. Project Manager span may be of 20 - 40 FTE (2-5 Project Leads) Minimum work experience: 5 - 8 YEARS nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities: n Formulates and implements processes, procedures and systems for tracking and analysing software, hardware, and equipment from requisition through retirement. Account for the IT assets throughout the enterprise utilizing tools (Hp AM, UCMDB, SN, Hp NNMI) to manage all assets within the organization and affiliated companies. n Develop and conduct training as needed for use by department level (TIG/BTO) staff to maintain inventory. Manage acquisition of assets from planning through deployment. Report to senior management ITAM/life cycles and resolve conflicts. Verify, enter, and adjust equipment IT asset management data in a variety of forms, schedules, and reports. Track entire life-cycle management for each asset in order to maintain warranty information, refresh date, and end of life data information. Work directly with the system and Network administrator(s) to maintain 100 percent inventory accuracy. n Develop written plans, policies, and procedures to document processes to support the asset management lifecycle. n Conduct annual/monthly inventory audit and develop process and procedures to ensure accuracy. n Other duties as assigned. Knowledge & Experience Specific experience evaluating, recommending and implementing infrastructure solutions. Knowledge of the following technologies with specific experience with at least one vendor under each domain: compute (Cisco, Dell, HP, IBM includin, Roles & Responsibilities:Minimum Experience Required:Mandatory Skills: ITIL - IT Asset Management-L1 Big Data-L3 Desirable Skills:Language Skills: English Language-L2
