ITIL IT Process Manager

This position will be in Hyderabad, India , but you will be working closely with the team in the United States through video chat, instant messaging, e - mail, phone, and through our software. It is important that you have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. ITIL IT Process Manager

Please find my requirements:

  • Develop, improve, integrate, measure, and report on operational processes and comply with ITIL processes while performing in various ITIL roles.
  • Develop and Design the Process Flows for all the Service Desk and Project Management activities.
  • Conduct Capacity Management activities.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Bridge to monitor network performance.
  • Conduct Service Continuity Management activities.
  • Conduct Service Asset and Configuration Management activities.
  • Perform monthly audits of CMDB assets, compare configuration records against the infrastructure, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Conduct Change Management activities.
  • Conduct Release and Deployment Management activities.
  • Conduct Knowledge Management activities.
  • Conduct Incident Management activities.
  • Conduct Event Management activities.
  • ITIL best practices as prescribed by the Continual Service Improvement Lifecycle.
  • Experience creating SOW s
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and support other IT and Service Management professionals
  • Demonstrated a focus on customer support and results - oriented improvement efforts
  • Ability to write clear documentation and communicate complex information simply and accurately to both technical and non - technical audiences
  • Outstanding communications skills, able to translate technical diagnosis into business - relevant context and articulate business impact to all levels of the organization.
