Job Description

As a Java Fullstack Lead at Wipro Limited, your role is to support process delivery by ensuring the daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the team. You will be working with a range of technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, AWS, and MongoDB.**Key Responsibilities:**- Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries- Manage and resolve technical roadblocks/escalations as per SLA and quality requirements- Timely escalate issues to TA & SES if unable to resolve them- Provide product support and resolution to clients by guiding them through step-by-step solutions- Troubleshoot client queries in a user-friendly, courteous, and professional manner- Offer alternative solutions to clients to retain their business- Communicate effectively with clients and follow up with scheduled call backs to ensure compliance to contract SLAs- Build people capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels- Mentor and guide Production Specialists to improve technical knowledge- Conduct trainings (Triages) within products for Production Specialists- Stay current with product features, changes, and updates through product trainings- Identify common problems, recommend appropriate resolutions, and update job knowledge through self-learning opportunities**Qualifications Required:**- 8 to 10 years of experience in Core Java/J2EE (Spring, Hibernate, MVC)- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, RabbitMQ, JBoss, and developing Microservices- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and RESTful web services- Proficiency in SQL queries, MySQL, and testing experience using JUnit, Spock, or Groovy- Experience working in Agile methodologies and understanding of Design Patterns- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Healthcare domain experience in Provider, Claim, or Member management is desirableWipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company that focuses on building innovative solutions to address clients digital transformation needs.
