Responsibilities Skills Must have Have a continuous improvement mindset. Take part in software design activities & discussions. BSMS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related subject. Must have 10+ Yrs of Java Development Experience with 3+ Yrs Architecture design experience Comfortable with practicing TDD and pair programming. Well versed in DevOps. Good knowledge on Object Oriented design principles and Hands on experience with Object Oriented programming. Good knowledge on Java standard library. Hands on experience with Spring andor Spring Boot is a big plus. Experience in agile software development Well versed with Solution Architecture and principles like below, but not limited to, o SOLID o Hexagonal, Ports and Adapter o Cloud Native o Microservices patterns Experience in Large enterprise System Integrations and Architecture Strong understanding and hands on with design in Scalability, High Availability, Reliability, Resiliency, Secure & Performant systems Should have good presentation, documentation and communication skills Knowledge on Linux is a plus. Knowledge on cloud platforms is a plus. Desirable to have knowledge on TOGAF, Zachman frameworks Good to have understanding on Application security frameworks and standards eg OWASP, NIST
