2-3 years of industry experience on Java, J2EE, Spring, Structs, Hibernate, MySQL Well versed with Object Oriented Concepts Should have experience working with servers like JBOSS, Tomcat on both windows and linux environment. Should have good knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, Web Services, AJAX, JQUERY, JSON etc. Good knowledge in Creating and Implementing varies web services techniques (SOAP services, Restful services, JSON, XML) Understanding of the entire SDLC including requirement analysis, program design. Exposure to telecom and networking concepts Take ownership of development of features assigned. Quickly and clearly understand business requirements/use cases. Work seamlessly with product management team, Architect and QA team to deliver features that meet the requirements. Hands on in performing unit tests and writing non redundant code. Must demonstrate working in a fast paced work environment, preferably agile methodology. Mentors and trains both peers and junior software development staff in areas of domain expertise and internal procedures.
