Job Description

  • Role :Application Developer
  • Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

      • Key Responsibilities : a: Work collaboratively in an Agile Feature team setup with team members located across different locations and time zones Contribute to delivery success across teams as a technology coach and lead developer b: Have a strong focus on time and resource-management, decision-making and ability to operate with parallel project deliveries c: Monitor production activities/processes to ensure timely and effective reporting, tracking, follow-up and communication of problems to internal and external
      • Technical Experience : a: Minimum 5 years of Java/JEE design and development skills Must have strong analysis both requirements and system and design skills b: Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines c: Strong experience with performance testing, performance test tools, investigation and resolution d: Expertise in Spring, Hibernate, MQ, Java Multithreading, Security and Performance, RESTful webservices, XML, JSON, and ApacheTomcat e: Deep understanding of DevOps and current hands-on
      • Professional Attributes : a: Good communication skills and should have interacted with the clients about the status b: Good Interpersonal skills and should have worked in teams and a good team player c: Should have worked in teams and a good team player
    • Educational Qualification : a: Btech, with computers
