Job #5: Java Team Lead Roles & Responsibilities: Provide expertise in the use of the spring framework , MicroServices and Angular including best practices and design patterns Should provide guidance and lead a team Ensure the best possible performance , quality and responsiveness of applications Identify bottlenecks and bugs , and devise solutions to the problems Help maintain code quality , organization and automatic testing tools Handle complex projects require coordination with external systems and business Required Skills: Should be a Graduate or above 4 - 7 years experience in Java / JEE , Spring , Maven or gradle Should have hands - on experience of Java / JEE technologies Should have good knowledge on Spring technologies Should have knowledge Object Oriented Analysis & Design Good to Have: Should have lead experience to take care of small team (like 2 - 5 resource) Excellent oral & written communication skills A good team player with problem - solving attitude.
