Job Description

    The Opportunity:As a Senior Front-End Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in the redesign and modernization of an existing thick client application. Your expertise in UI/UX design and web development will drive the transformation of this application into a cutting-edge, user-friendly, and scalable web application using ReactJS. If you are passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences and possess a strong command of front-end technologies, this is an exciting opportunity to lead the evolution of our applications interface.You are great at:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.Design and implement elegant, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using ReactJS and modern front-end web development best practices.Create detailed mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes to guide the UI/UX design process.Write high-quality, reusable, and maintainable. code that meets established coding standards and practices.Develop comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.Collaborate closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and services.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in front-end development strategies.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development.What it Takes:Strong proficiency in ReactJS, including component design and state management.Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS, including responsive design principles.Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive and user-friendly interfaces.Proficiency in working with RESTful Web Services and integrating front-end components with back-end APIs.Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams,
