Job Description

    1. Oversee Jio Home Delivery (JHD) operations within the JC area.
    2. Manage and supervise various outbound channels to ensure exceptional service levels for JHD customers.
    3. Recruit, train, and deploy outbound direct sales agents in the JC area to meet set targets.
    4. Conduct refresher training for agents on JHD processes and product knowledge.
    5. Drive lead acceptance and ensure timely lead delivery on a daily basis.
    6. Ensure proper configuration of JC-level details on the JHD platform, including agents, stores, PIN codes, and products.
    7. Plan JC territory coverage to ensure complete coverage across the entire JC area.
    8. Supervise and manage General Trade and Own Store promoters (xDSS) for Home Delivery.
    9. Suggest improvements to processes and systems to enhance JHD operations.
    10. Monitor and analyze competitors strategies, industry plans, policies, and best practices.
