    Dear Applicants,We are Hiring forJira Service Management cloud with 2- 6 Years in Hyderabad Location.Roles & ResponsibilitiesExperience in Jira Service Management CloudExperience in Build and configure Jira workflows.Hands on experience on developing, configuring & implementing Atlassian Jira Service Management in line with ITIL best practices.Configure DashboardsCreate & configure Java ScriptsCreate and manage security schemes, permission schemes and configurations.Configure/Implement & Manage JIRA/Confluence/Bitbucket add-ons, plugins, and extensions.License Management.Trouble shooting issues in JiraConfiguring SLAs, Mails, Queues, Chat bots, etc.Experience developing custom plugins for JSM/JiraAbility to drive business analysis / requirements sessions.Test and delivery of solutions/workflows and integrations with different solutionsKnowledge and application of best practices for JSM/JiraKnowledge of ITSM practices and how they are fulfilled with JSM.Ability to work in agile framework.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Skills Required:4-6 years of development experience of Atlassian systems (JSD/JSM, Jira server/Cloud)2-3 years of system administration experience of Atlassian systems (JSD/JSM, Jira server/Cloud)Hands on experience on Atlassian Jira Service Management CloudITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage.Atlassian Jira Certification is an added advantage.Knowledge of ITIL Process.Knowledge and experience in ServiceNow ITSM is a big plus.Java Scripting.Hands on experience on Atlassian Jira tool.Regardsteam HRPhone: +hidden_mobileEmail:hidden_email
