ENGINEER MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY (MMHS) WORK LEVEL: 5 RESPONSIBILITY: 1. Responsible for in-house assembly of AGV and other MMHS related system. 2. Responsible for checking the manufactured items received by the vendor with respect BOM given by the MMHS - Dept. (Inbound / Outbound inspection to be done on quality of products received) 3. Meeting daily set and agreed output from assembly plan. 4. To follow standard assembly procedures & techniques, and have assembly specific Process knowledge. 5. Communication for shortages - stock outs. 6. Responsible for up keeping workstation tools & components in house assembly area. 7. Responsible of assembly trouble shooting and rectification of problem in the AGV at in- house and at customer place. (All over India). 8. Communication for daily output and pending jobs. 9. To know safety requirement while working, can able to guide new technicians. 10. Information about damaged components tools. 11. Have full knowledge about product assembly drawing, standards and specifications. 12. To transfer knowledge or skills to new technicians. 13. Maintaining good housekeeping standards. 14. Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures. 15. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time PROFILE: EDUCATION: ITI FITTER, ASSEMBLER /Diploma (Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering) EXPERIENCE: Min. 5 7 years in the field of Assembly, Engineering industry SKILLS: Need to read and understand parts, assembly drawings, BOM, LLI given by the Design Department and assemble the AGV (by assembling parts and subassemblies) with using respective fasteners (indicated in the drawing) which are given in the Fasteners BOM Should possess hands-on experience with drilling, tapping, cutting, grinding & other manufacturing operations. Should possess knowledge of different types of bolts, screws, washers, and tools required for the assembly .etc. Should possess ability to use the measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, Spring Calipers, Thread gauge, Spirit Levels, Tri-squares, Protractors .etc.,
