Job Description

  • Execute full cycle of DP tasks (Data Validation, Tabulation) for low & medium complex projects on his/her own with agreed quality levels
  • Execute full cycle of DP tasks for high complex projects with senior s support in complex sections
  • Be flexible and work collaboratively in team
  • Take feedbacks from seniors and continue to learn and improve skills
Skills Required:
  • Questionnaire analyzing
  • Programming proficiency in Data processing tools and packages Data reformatting, merging, customized data reports and other outputs
  • Data Validation, SPSS labeling, Customized data reports and Tables generation
  • Written and verbal English communication
  • Interpersonal skills Work Ethic, self-confidence, listening, relationship management and collaboration
  • Quick learning adaptability to the new survey platforms and tools.
Team Work:
  • Willing to seek and offer help to co-workers
  • Share learnings with other programmers
  • Ability to work effectively independently and harmoniously within a team while communicating a can-do attitude and positive outlook.
  • Must be able to work in rotations with ability to prioritize multiple, competing tasks and seek supervisory assistance as appropriate
  • Should adhere to the set Productivity and Quality standards.
  • Should adhere to the delivery plan created by the team lead.
  • Should update the Team Lead of the task status on a regular basis.
  • Should have good interpersonal skills and be willing to work independently or in a team. And also willing to work in night shifts/rotations
  • Should involve in documentation and testing.
