Job Description

1.Preferred Qualification: ITI/Diploma or B.Sc2.Target years of experience: 3 years of experience in operation of pharmaceutical equipment and machineries3.Technical Skills:

  • Participate in the execution of the equipment qualification, performance verification and process validation
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical machine cleaning, operation and maintenance
  • Understands workplace safety and related procedures (e.g First Aid)
  • Having exposure to operation of vial washing machine, Tunnel sterilizer & NVPC machine
  • Basic understanding and follow ALCOA
  • Participate in the execution of the equipment qualification, performance verification and process validation
4.Ongoing Operation:
  • Maintain personnel hygiene
  • Read the clear instructions before executing any work and complete the training on relevant procedures.
  • Be aware of and always adhere to classified area entry and exit procedure
  • Make sure you are aware of your working area, maintain the 5S for easy identification.
  • Must have the ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of team.
  • Check for proper housekeeping in his / her area
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge of equipment operation, and be able to read and interpret equipment data and demonstrate ability to communicate work requirements and problems in a concise and accurate manner.
  • Execute the process according to the BMR/EBR/Protocols
  • simplifying the process by innovation
  • Perform the operation and cleaning of the equipment as per procedures
  • Obtain the line clearance from QA department
  • Receive the raw material from warehouse as per procedures
  • Calibration of instruments prior to usage
  • React to the emergency alarms in case of an alarm and ensure the smooth processing of work
  • Ensure the equipment status labels as per procedures
  • Perform the cleaning and sanitization of the area as per the procedures
  • Handle waste and reject materials as per procedures
  • Hand over the shift at the end of shift and to take charge for the shift
  • Coordinate with cross functional department and participate in preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment
  • Quality managements and Compliance:
  • Compliance to Pfizer integrity principles at all stages of manufacturing.
  • Participate in internal & external (Regulatory and Non-regulatory) audits.
5.Documentation
  • Prepare the daily activity report.
  • Complete the documents on-line as per CGMP and CGDP.
  • Ensure before answering prompts in electronic records like AMPS and SAP.
  • Review the log books on daily basis. .
6.Training:
  • To attend the qualified training for all the applicable procedures as per the schedule before performing the job
  • Should be able to be providing training to the trainees
