Identifying training needs through Competency mapping. Effective training calendar designing & Execution. Develop Training Manual, Presentation & Videos. External & internal Training negotiation & Budgeting. Scheduling training while coordinating with external and internal trainers. Maintaining Training Records Attendance, Feedback, Evaluation sheet. Training effectiveness monitoring. Lead team meetings with supervisors and other employees to evaluate employee performance in relation to goals and objectives.
