Job Description

The ideal candidate having strong Investment Banking domain knowledge and expertise in application development who can collaborate easily and effectively with stakeholders. Further, analytic ability in understanding data and data flow and processes as well as collaborate with the business support users.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop on application components from scratch
  • Research and come up with solution to specific problem
  • Provide technical support to team
  • Adaptable to agile methodology framework
  • Open to learn and develop new skills to execute project requirements

Requirements

  • Education: B. E, B. Tech, MCA
  • Certifications If Any: NA
  • Experience Range: 8 to 10 years

    • Mandatory skills

    • Mainframe development experience COBOL, DB2, MQ, CICS
    • Experience with source code management techniquestools
    • Experience with IDEs such as Endeavor, CA-Changeman
    • Experienced on Databases, Store Procedures
    • Agile project experience utilizing Agile delivery framework
    • Isolate problems, do root cause analysis and report bugs
    • Analyze product requirements, create test plans and test cases
    • Agile to quickly learn new languages, tools and techniques, and is methodical and metric driven.
    • Proactively solve problems and suggest process improvements
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Desired skills

    • Experience in BFSI domain
    • Hands-on experience in the proactive, passionate improvement of software development process and practices to optimize business value delivery
    • Preferred to have experience with distributed development teams which span multiple geographies, time zones and cultures
    • Experience in z-UNIXz-Linux
