Be responsible for end- to- end Business Testing and Regression Test Strategies for regular maintenance; Lead discussions with customers and mentor/ guide team in all of the above skills. Requirements 6- 12 years of experience working in a similar position; Experience in Java programming, needed for coding automation scripts in Selenium; Good knowledge of J2EE technology and design automation framework; Proactive professional, with excellent communication and leadership skills; Ability to work with minimal supervision; Automation experience in JUnit, Web Services and API Testing; Functional Automation tools like UFT, Selenium; Working experience in multiple operating systems like Windows, MAC, UNIX; Java programming skills with exposure to J2EE platform; Awareness of EJB and NetBeans profiler; Experience in setting up and configuring test environments is highly preferred; Experience working in multi- location, multi- cultural, mission critical projects is highly preferred.
