Job Description

    Lead - BlockchainRoles and ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionDesigning, implementing, and supporting a distributed blockchain-based networkDevelop Pilots on different blockchain platformsWriting smart contracts and creation of other DLT componentsImplementing the tech specs into the platformImplementing cryptography and additional level of security in the DLT and its external endpointsInterface with internal and external stakeholdersMentor junior team members and lead them in developmentSkills neededExperience working with open-source projectsStrong hands-on development experience in below technologies:Front-end technology : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap. Knowledge of third-party libraries like jQuery, LESS, Angular and React JS is desirableDevelopment Languages: At least one server-side programming languages like NodeJS, Go, Java etc. Understanding of micro-service and event driven architecturesDatabase and cache : Postgre, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, SQLServer. Knowledge of caching mechanisms like varnish, Memcached, Redis.Basic design ability: The knowledge of designing & principle of basic prototype design and UI /UX designServer: Nginx, or apache servers. A good background in Linux and shell scriptingVersion control system : Git & othersAPI : REST & SOAPDevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, TeraformStrong knowledge of common algorithms and data structures, concurrency and writing efficient and safe multithreaded codeFamiliarity with basic cryptography, P2P networksDemonstrate good understanding of Blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, consensus algorithmsWorking knowledge of at least one of the Blockchain framework such as Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda, Ethereum (Solidity).Education Qualification:Bachelor of Engineering with 7-10 years of strong hands-on development experience in various technologies along with Blockchain.
