273971BRLead - DAM ServicesJob DescriptionProvide thought leadership and management support to the Digital Asset Management Services team. Is responsible for service delivery and customer management, as agreed via Market Development Services as part of CSP. The DAM Service group is primarily based out of Hyderabad and serves customers across geographies & departments. DAM Services Lead would be responsible for - Management of delivery, quality control process, customer satisfaction, issue resolution, workflow process, people management and partnership with local support functions.Own the Revenue target & Customer Satisfaction for the Global Digital Asset Management service Lead communication strategy for DAM and librarian services Project Manage and promote the librarian services. Highlight improvements and innovations achieved and be able to demonstrate tool to potential clients e.g. work with librarians to spot areas where extra value can be passed onto clients Liaise with librarian team to assess capacity to manage new brands, projects etc. Manage and track requests (communication, project planning etc.) between librarian team and business owners. Liaise with business owners to ensure excellence and quality of service is maintained e.g. manage recommendations for end users Lead and empower librarian team to achieve year- end targets e.g. have regular check in s with the team to let them know where we are, what strategies we have in place to achieve year- end targets. How to work smartly to achieve these. Help to set priorities, provide guidance, and build schedules.
