The Design Lead will report directly to the Creative Director in London, UK and work in close collaboration with the Corporate Marketing Senior Manager based in Hyderabad to ensure the quality of the output in terms of design and content and to help build influence across our activity in the APAC area.The Design Lead will work across all our flagships brands and take a central role in the delivery of production work. They will be directly responsible for the quality, consistency and delivery of the projects briefed to the studio, along with client and team satisfaction.The Design Lead oversees and takes responsibility for the successful delivery for a range of projects based on established templates and will demonstrate the ability to:Drive creative excellence and follow standards across all brand touchpoints and marketing collateral that they work on.Mentor and manage a team of artworkersBe a fearless brand guardianQuickly understand, analyse, and respond to the clients briefsOrganise and prioritise the workload briefed into the studioProvide guidance to team on best practices and methodsWork closely with the Creative and Design Directors to review outputs and ensure templates are expertly adhered to and that quality is aligned with that of our in-house team and partnersPackaging and presenting your work for clients with minimal input from the design or creative directorInspire people around - both colleagues and clients - and earn their respect and confidenceProvides weekly detailed reports to the Creative Director in London, UKExperienceProven track record in a similar roleExperience working with brand guidelines and principlesExperience working in-house, within a complex network of stakeholdersExperience managing a team and providing guidanceEducation/BackgroundBachelors degreeOutstanding portfolio showcasing design virtuositySkillsExpert in Adobe Suite, primarily InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoshopFluent in understanding grids, templates and typographyA passion for brand guidelinesExceptional attention to detailAbility to work directly with business stakeholdersDesign approach, the ability to make a complex concept simpleBehavioursOrganizedPositiveCollaborativeWillingness to work irregular hours due to time-zone differences across marketing teams,
