Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using .NET and C#. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
    • Architecture & Design: Architect scalable and robust systems that leverage cloud platforms (AWS and Azure) and modern database technologies (MongoDB).
    • Project Management: Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and other teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
    • Code Quality: Review code and perform quality assurance to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Promote a culture of code quality and continuous improvement.
    • Cloud Integration: Develop and deploy cloud-based applications using AWS and Azure. Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
    • Database Management: Design and manage MongoDB databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. Implement data modeling and optimization strategies.
    • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Identify and address performance bottlenecks and system inefficiencies.
    • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and codebases. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
    • Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance development processes.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Experience: 7 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET and C#.
    • Cloud Platforms: Proven experience with AWS and Azure. Knowledge of cloud services, architecture, and best practices.
    • Database Expertise: Proficiency with MongoDB, including database design, optimization, and management.
    • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading development teams and managing technical projects. Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
    • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of software design patterns, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and modern development practices.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with additional programming languages or frameworks.
    • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
    • Experience in agile development methodologies.
