This role will perform Business Intelligence reporting development for PBNA Digital solutions. The accountability includes partnering with the business to develop, deploy and maintain BI solutions. Deliverables are query tools, data visualization and interactive dashboards, ad-hoc reporting, and troubleshooting and issue resolution for PBNA sector. The role is responsible for: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development plans Lead BI software design, development, deployment, and maintenance Drive prioritization of work with team members Participate in data warehouse access layer design Evaluating and improving existing BI solutions Create technical documentation for BI tools Accountabilities: Owning collaboration with application teams for data sourcing Partnering with IT support teams to create project costeffort estimates for new work Designing reporting solutions that provide accessible information for decision making Using source data to generate reports to support business decision making and business performance monitoring Documenting application data flow and KPI logic flows Partnering with source teams to conduct troubleshooting sessions. Ensuring performance and stability of BI systems. Generating and delivering quality reports to customers and performing quality assurance checks on reports. Engaging with Vendor for Troubleshooting and Solution Design Years of Experience: A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years experience as a BI Developer. 3+ years experience in data warehouse integration 2+ IT project management Mandatory Skills: Experience designing solutions with visualization BI technologies, AAS and Power BI Experience in working with database systems - Teradata, Oracle SQL programming Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail. Creative visualization User centered design concepts Ability to work in a team. Strong communication skills Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
