Candidate with min 10 years of experience in the area of Gear Box design and development and proficient in the system design of Gear Box and its components. Should work in multidisciplinary team to generate and develop next generation of ideas and products. Roles and Responsibilities: * Responsible for leading a team of Gear Box system modeling and detailing team * Improvement to currently and available existing products (Feature enhancement and / or cost optimization) * Development and final publication of mechanical rating files and thermal rating files * Design SOP Creation and maintenance * Liaison with internal and external stakeholder for having relevant data and information * Generate technical reports Required Candidate profileGraduate (Bachelor, B. Tech / Master, M. Tech) in mechanical engineering from reputed institute with min 70% (7 CGPA) marks * 10 to 14 Years experience in mechanical engineering domain * Exposure to gearbox accessories like cooling system, lubrication system and IIOT module for Gear Boxes, * Good in drawing reading and creation of 3D models. * Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in Gear Box System Design (Housing design, Gear Design, Bearing design, Shaft design etc.) * Conversant with various standards (DIN, ISO and ASME). * Keen acumen for design decisions and ability to give attention to details * Must have experience of product development, product development processes and concept development * Exposure to Manufacturing process like casting, stamping, forging, machining processes / Assembly process etc. ,
