Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionA dynamic person with 10 to 14 years of experience in the area of Industrial gear Box Engineering and system design. Should be able to work in multidisciplinary team to generate and develop next generation Gear Box Systems Roles and develop next generation Gear Box SystemsResponsibilities:

  • Responsible for helping the team in gear box elements Engineering and Design requirements
  • Conduct design calculation of the product and assembly as per applicable standards
  • Would be responsible to create the Engineering and process documents to help the team members improve efficiency
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholder for having relevant data, information and FALK standard processes
  • Able to Conduct simulation (FEA) analysis of the Gear box elements would be an added advantage
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Graduate (BE, B.Tech/ME, M.Tech) in mechanical engineering from reputed institute with min 70% (7 CGPA) marks
  • 10 to 14 Years experience in mechanical engineering domain
  • Good knowledge of Industrial Gear Box Engineering and Design for mining, shipping and Power plants.
  • Knowledge of Gear Box Components design and engineering i.e. Gears, Bearings, shafts, Sealing system, Key and Keyways
  • Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience in Gear Box System Design Speed reducer preferable
  • Conversant with various standards (DIN, ISO and ANSI/AGMA).
  • Keen acumen for design decisions and ability to give attention to details
