Role descriptionJob Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer ITOM & CMDB Experience: 5-7 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with 7 years of experience, specializing in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and CMDB. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in implementing discovery solutions, maintaining CMDB health, and integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems, along with solid experience in ITSM and scripting.Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration)- Develop, manage, and maintain CMDB architecture, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance- Configure and optimize ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping for infrastructure visibility- Implement and enhance ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)- Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts- Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub- Create and maintain workflows and Flow Designer automations- Monitor CMDB health using best practices (CSDM framework, data governance, reconciliation rules)- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize platform efficiency- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams for accurate service mapping- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards- Provide production support and continuous improvementRequired Skills & Qualifications:- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development- Strong expertise in:- ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)- CMDB design, implementation, and governance- Good experience in ITSM modules- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting- Experience with MID Server setup, configuration, and troubleshooting- Hands-on experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub)- Robust understanding of CMDB data models and CSDM framework- Experience in Flow Designer and workflow automation- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teamsPreferred Qualifications:- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery or CIS-Service Mapping)- Experience with Performance Analytics and reporting- Knowledge of ITIL processes- Exposure to cloud discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP)- Experience in large-scale enterprise implementationsSkills servicenow,cmdb,servicenow scripting,change management, About USTUST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
