Candidates who are ok with the salary band only should apply.Roles & Responsibilities :- Responsible for leading and managing the Inside Sales Team to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals - closing the leads received through email, SMS, Paid Campaigns.- Lead inside sales organization in following the sales methodology from lead to closure.- Maintaining record of activities in CRM and driving team to maximize productivity as measured from CRM.- Providing MIS to marketing and sales teams to improve overall sales productivity.- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.- Recruit high performance sales reps and sales management including interviewing, hiring, monitoring, employee feedback and documentation, counselling and coaching, and performance management / improvement when needed. Identify staffing needs. Work with senior management to set budgets and implement plan- Motivating team members for high performance sales.- Keeping up with product and service information and updates and training team on the same.- Working with marketing and communications team to provide inputs for lead generation as well as to modify the call-out pitch.- Carrying out quality check on the calls to coach/guide agents.- Motivating team members for high performance sales.- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.- Staying informed about competing products and services.- Upselling SaaS subscriptions.- Maintaining high usage of platform by the clients- Leading Kredily Bazaar team to upsell Loans, Insurance and Financial products to employees / businesses.What we are looking for :- 4-8 years of experience in Corporate/B2B sales experience, preferably HR Tech / Fintech domain.- Atleast 3 years experience in heading an inside sales team for a B2B or B2C technology product.- Strong business and analytical skills with exceptional execution skills.- Should have the capability of leading inside sales team.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.- Strong listening and sales skills.- Proven experience in interacting with senior leaders and decision makers.- Self-motivated, go-getter with the ability to work in a fast growing and challenging environment.- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage teams with regional language skills.This job opening was posted long time back.
