Job Description

Job descriptionShould have excellent communication skills.

  • Should have a good understanding of the trending IT skills in the market.
  • Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT/H1B/GC/ USC candidates from universities, networks, Social Networking sites, and other sources.
  • Posting advertisements on university sites and various job portals.
  • Maintaining an active database of OPT candidates.
  • Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
  • Must have hands of experience in hiring OPT, CPT, L2, TN, EAD, and Green Card candidates for technical trainings and placements.
  • Should be able to get H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from their own database and referrals.
  • Posting the ads for OPT, CPT, H1, L2, TN, EAD, and Green Card candidates for IT Training and W-2 Hiring.
  • Screening the resumes and maintaining a separate database and Following up with the candidates.
  • Explaining and Negotiation about compensation/packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits for the consultants.
