JobDescription : S&P Global Ratings The Role: Senior Lead Software Developer/ Engineer The Location: Hyderabad The Team: The team builds data pipe lines and responsible for data flow. The Impact: Ratings Data Services team is seeking a strong hands- on Senior Lead Software Developer/ Engineer will take part in small team of developers focused on managing and growing the enterprise data services platform. Should be able to guide and drive the team, if required. Ensure platform is operating efficiently and effectively Oversee and lead software development efforts Provide guidance on routine to highly complex problems to team members Align to enterprise software development practices Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science or related fields 6 years of technical experience in software architecture and development 6 years of design and development of high performance messaging and transaction processing systems experience 6 years of application development experience in .Net Technologies (C#.Net, ASP.Net) Ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to create practical, robust and scalable architectures and solutions meeting the business and technology goals/ strategy of the organization 6 years of experience in building web applications and hosting on IIS Significant knowledge of Oracle PL/ SQL and SQL Experience in agile development methodology. Experience in handling a small team of 4 to5 developers. Experience with Change Management and defect tracking tools Understanding of Test Driven Development practices as well as Automation and Unit Testing. Strong Analytical Skills. Experience Architecting and developing large scale Enterprise applications. Experienced in agile development methodology. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with API management and Could- based platforms and services (AWS, Google). Working knowledge of Dev- Ops: Git, Jenkins, CI/ CD pipelines, etc.
