Qualification and Core Competencies: Bachelors or Masters degree in Science or Engineering Six Sigma Black Belt certification Minimum 10 years experience working with Lean and TPM Tools such as 5S, Kaizen, MUDA Elimination, Time Motion Study, Daily Capacity Management, OEE, Visual Management, SMED, etc Lead competencies: Act for change, Co-operate Transversally and Develop People Major responsibilities for Lean Manager: Coordinate all actions at the site level to ensure the implementation and sustenance of Lean methodologies Initiate and implement Lean Manufacturing Practices and continuous improvement actions plans. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the requirements and build the Site Lean Roadmap Facilitate the site priority-setting process and deploy/monitor the KPIs Identify innovative ways to promote Lean Culture Point of contact with global Lean team and take an active role in the inter-site Lean network Cascade locally IA Lean Program based on the site challenges and priorities (workshops, training) Ensure the follow-up of the performance results and adopt action plans accordingly Support the Performance Leaders and Team Members in driving Lean initiatives Coach Lean champions in different areas on site HSE: Adherence to safety procedures and SOPs Cascading the Safety practices at workplace and report unsafe conditions to HOD & HSE Team PASS plan implementation and follow up Effective LEX communication and implementation to prevent recurrences HSE GEMBA walk to identify and reduce risks
