Job Description

    Role & Responsibilities:
    • We are seeking a dedicated Junior Legal Counsel to support our legal team.
    • This role involves assisting in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, maintaining legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in law, with a focus on commercial and corporate legal matters.
    • Responsibilities include supporting legal operations, participating in policy development, and conducting legal research. This position is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Assisting in negotiating and drafting commercial and vendor agreements
    • Establishing and maintaining contracting processes and templates
    • Providing administrative support for legal documentation
    • Participating in developing company policies on legal issues
