Job Title: Linux AdminCTC Band: upto6.8 lpaExperience (number of yrs): 3+ yearsLocation: HyderabadRole and Responsibilities:Previous working experience as a Linux Administrator for 3+ yearsIN depth knowledge of Linux: RedHat, CentOS, Debian, etc.Hands on experience Linux OS concepts like as User Management, Process Management , File system Management & Patch Management.Familiarity with VMWare and SAN management and conceptsStrong problem solving and communication skillsStrong Knowledge on Linux OS Booting issues or Kernel panic issue.Familiarity with Oracle RAC & OS cluster setup.Basic knowledge on scripting languages like Shell/perl/python.Additional Linux certifications (RHCSA, RHCE ) will be considered an advantageSkills Mandatory:Linux Certification is a must(Red hat certification)1.Linux OS Monitoring tools & performance tuning: Sar, Top , iostat, and iotop2.Analysis the os level logs3.Install and Configure RHEL OS and Deferent services like NFS, Samba ,SMTP,DNS and Multipath4.Basic Understanding of scripts OS and application level.5.Knowledge on BIU activities like user, group, file system, Network and process administration.
