Job Description

What you will be doing
    • Coordinate activities among team members, internal departments, and client and coordinate between Onshore and Offshore team to manage project deliveries
    • Manage project risks, issues, and activity progress to ensure project goals are met & assign and monitor work of project team, providing direction and support
    • Liaise between technical and non-technical teams & create client status reports and participate in client calls & manage client expectations regarding product delivery, estimates, and software requirement change requests throughout the project lifecycle
    • This is an Individual contributor role inclined towards project management activities
    What you bring:
    • 6 - 8 years of extensive experience in project management with exposure in JAVA Projects & well versed in SDLC using Agile/Scrum model
    • Plan and coordinate all aspects of software development, from initiation through delivery
    • Develop, define, & execute project plans, activities, schedules, budgets, deliverables & resource planning and forecasting
    • Identify resource requirements for projects & create and manage Project Plan throughout lifecycle of the project
    • Professional education qualification on any of the following streams: BE/B.Tech/MCA/ME/M.Tech/M.sc
    • Consistent academic records and good job stability & good communication and interpersonal skills
