ROLE TITLE: Asst Manager Supply Planning JOB PURPOSE: To ensure the flow of goods and materials, warehousing and stock control activities in order to facilitate smooth coordination between the various parties involved in the supply chain and achieve complete customer satisfaction. SCOPE: FINANCIAL CONTROLNone DIRECT REPORTEESNone TOTAL MANPOWER SPAN3(Function): 34KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. PRODUCTION PLANNING: Ensure 100% availability of supplies for Outsourcing units, Tubes and Flaps divisions with optimum inventory levels, and represent Export Compliance with FIFO
2. SOURCING UNIT COORDINATION: Monitor and coordinate the work of production planners to achieve the Committed Line Itemized Performance (CLIP)
3. After receiving forecasts from the Outsourcing units, Tubes and Flaps divisions, to analyze the product constraints and production capacity for providing the supply commitment to Sales & Marketing
4. Develop backups for forecasting and distribution in coordination with sales force and marketing department
5. FUTURE AVAILABILITY:
• Analyze data to monitor performance (Bottleneck analysis) and make future plan for improvements for better customer satisfaction.
• Analyze last 3 months data of production performance against planned in the Outsourcing, Tubes and Flaps divisions, and determine causes of failures and constraints.
