We have opening for the position of Head - Sales & Distribution (Ice Cream) .Interested Candidates can share the updated profile to surajkanth.k@heritagefoods.in Job descriptionResponsible for Sales, Distribution & Development of Ice Cream product sales in respective territory by ensuring ISO guidelines with an objective to achieve the budgeted business targets and Customer satisfaction.-Experience in Ice Cream sales domain is mandatory. -Plan, Execute & Promote the business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan. -Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network. -Ensure to collect / recovers the sales realization and out standings. -Optimum utilization of resources, Funds and Cost Control. -Assets management and Control. -Ensure timely distribution of Ice Cream & FD products by ensuring logistics. -Organize customer contact programmes and addressing complaints. -Review on Cold room operations. -Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales plan. -Training and Development of Teams. -Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory, ISO and Audit Queries.Prerequisite: -MBA / PG in Business Management from a reputed institute with good academic record. -16-20 yrs of Ice Cream Sales experience with min.3-4 years experience at Senior/HOD role. -Should have very good geographical knowledge on Southern Region.Perks and Benefits Best in the Industry,
