If you have this type of passion, we invite you to take a look at the opportunities available to come join our team.Software Engineer (Deep Learning Compiler) AMD is looking for a MTS Software Engineer in the areas of deep learning compiler to develop platform solutions, which will have significant impact for AMD, and the future of our products.In this role, you drive and work on forward-looking projects and novel system concepts to significantly impact AMD s future product portfolio. You will be responsible for driving the development of key technologies in accelerating deep learning, computer vision and computer graphics workloads. Your team will also help define AMD s software stack with insights gained from the development of advanced technologies.AMD Advanced Technology Group is an entrepreneurial research and development team to build AMDs future advanced platforms & products. Our teams work closely with outside customers and internal teams to develop hardware, software and systems solutions into next generation computing platforms. As part of AMD Advanced Technology Group, you will have the opportunity to develop and be part of a winning team that will collaborate with internal teams & customers, explore new platform technologies, and lead the development of best-in-class hardware, software and systems technologies that our customers will use for real-world problems.You will have the opportunity to:
• Develop software and platforms solutions that address the evolving needs of AMD s customers
• Drive research and development, proofs of concept, technology transfer, and customer interactions that lead to the development of AMD best-in-class software solutions
• Collaborate with research, engineering, and other AMD teams to drive platforms solutions for next generation platforms.
The best applicant will have:
• 5+ years industry experiences in one of the following areas.
  • compiler constructions in 1 of the following areas: high-level program transformation, scalar and loop optimization and code generation.
• • Machine learning frameworks. e.g., Tensorflow, PyTorch, Caffe2, TVM.
• Expertise in either Graphics or Compute.
• • Graphics
    • Expertise with 1 of the Graphics APIs: Vulkan, OpenGL, OpenGL ES
• • Compute
    • Expertise with OpenCL or CUDA.
• Understanding of HW architecture.
• Understanding of deep learning algorithms is a plus.
• Master degree or equivalent industry experiences in CS/EE, mathematics, or related fields.
