Utilize SAP as planning software for day to day activity and shall be familiar with all planning and scheduling stages and requirements.Assist the line Maintenance organizations in the implementation of approved programs by furnishing information, technical support in trouble shooting, authoritative interpretation, analyzing and progress reports.Lead a team which is responsible for field-wide planning and scheduling as well as the execution of all major Turnarounds and Inspections (T&l).Act as a team leader to develop maintenance programs or preventive and predictive Maintenance requirements for new equipment and review technical aspects of budgets and accountability.Perform fault diagnosis on digital-data processing equipment down to printed-circuit board level by use of proprietary diagnostic programs and assembly and/or machine-language routines, common and specialized test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, simulators, etc.Work with Operations and Operations Engineering to solve related system problems.Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with plant instruction manuals.Maintains local stock of expendable materials and frequently-used or critical spare parts.
