Job Description

    Position: Maintenance Officer / ExecutiveLocation: HyderabadSalary: Not a constraintJob type: PermanentExperience: 3-8 years Should have worked in FMCG manufacturing set up and have exposure to Homecare & Personal care products. experience of handling production of Homecare products as well as he should be aware of Fill Seal Machines, Sachet Packing Machine, Pouch Packing Machine, Liquid Filling Machine, Capping and Labelling and Round Mixer.Qualification: B.E in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering candidates for this positionBrief role:
    1. Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations.
    2. Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
    3. Maintaining all machinery to ensure its at working standards.
    4. Creating and implementing maintenance procedures
    5. Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
    6. Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.
    7. Ensuring all department workers to the safety policies and procedures.
    8. Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.
    9. Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs
    10. Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary
    11. Making Improvement on legal complaint
    12. Developing and Implementing New Technologies to improve Efficiency or quality of operation
    13. Providing Training to other employee on how to use new technologies they have implemented
    14. Conducting evolution of existing technology to determine which it can be improved.
