Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Opening forManagement AccountantJob Responsibilities:General bookkeeping: accruals/prepayments, fixed assets/depreciation,general balance sheet maintenance for the entitiesAP: overseeing PO system; receiving, checking and recording invoices (usingcorrect expenses accounts/cost centres), preparing payment runs, allocatingpayments, dealing with supplier queries.AR: preparing and distributing sales invoices, allocating collections, minorcredit control dutiesBank reconciliationsManaging expenses processComply with local and corporate policies and ensure reporting deadlines metIdentify and implement process improvementsEstablish and maintain an environment of internal control and integrityAudit support to carry out smooth audit processIdeal Candidate will be:Have 3+ years experience (or equivalent) in a Bookkeeping/Accounts Assistantrole, preferably in a multinational, ideally within a shared service centreenvironment and/or working remotely with internal clients based inEurope/North America;Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant.Have working knowledge of Xero Software, Quickbooks (or similarCloud-based solution) (not an essential requirement)Be an intermediate user of Excel including VLOOKUPs, , Pivots, SUMIFS andother functions for managing dataBe an ambitious and confident operator, comfortable in a fast-paced highintensity environment and able to communicate clearly and concisely withstakeholders at all levels of the business.Have a systematic, highly organised approach to work, and a pleasant, butsolution-focused approach.Be able to deliver all outputs within tight deadlines and to a very highstandard.Be a strong team player with the self-motivation to develop in achallenging but team orientated environment.Be highly numerate and will have a logical and methodical approach to thework.Be accurate and have attention to detail, with the ability to learn newprocesses quickly.Be expected to be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with tightdeadlines.Share our passion and mission of generating a more sustainable future byleading the transition to clean energyWant to live our values of: be a leader, build trust, be responsible, beinnovative and bring your alphaRegards,HR Team
