Job Description

Hyderabad, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata] and has the necessary infrastructure to provide the best technical solution and high levels of post installation support.Our clients is working for the clients such as Vedanta, NTPC, HZL, Gvk, Britannia, ITC Limited, Orion Mall, Indian Oil, Sandvik, Marcopolo, CFCL, NMDC, KIMS and Many more.Responsibilities:Maintain accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning of network systems.They are accountable for addressing issues with impact beyond own team as well as defining team operating standards and ensure essential procedures are followed. Fiscal responsibilities include the development, adherence, and monitoring of departmental budgets.Successfully interact with various other individuals including, but not limited to: Project Managers, End users in all areas of the company, Department and Divisional Managers, Senior Management, and external vendors, and contractors.Mentor employees, conduct performance evaluations, counsel and provide disciplinary actions to assigned personnel, and works to facilitate individual and team development that drives positive results.Manage the WAN, LAN & Wireless including topology, architecture, protocols and CCTV configurations.Leads and directs the daily operations of network operations staff and records incidents and changes.Manage all network security including cryptographic tools, methods, systems. This includes firewalls, authorization and authentication, and Remote Access.Manage the Internet/Intranet/Extranet infrastructure: LAN/WAN and CCTV infrastructure design and build out.Manage the security of intellectual property and confidential data being exchanged between Vendors, Customers and Partners.Technical documentation of Network enterprise systems applications.Security audits, planning, design, implementation, testing, firewall administration, intrusion detection technologies.Establishing the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards.The design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment.They are accountable for the budget, performance and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams. The role is also accountable for adapting departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan.Requirements:Qualification: B-Tech(ECE/EEE/CSE) and M.B.A Experience: 0-01 years of relevant experience.Technical Skills:LAN, WAN, Switches & Routers, CCTV installation, IP CamerasSubject: Networking & Related HardwareCertification: CCNA/CCNP/NetworkingFluency: English (Mandatory in verbal and vocal), Hindi (Vocal is enough)Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory)Willing to travel across the country and relocate.They should sign a bond for 2(Two) Years.Candidates have to bring the original certificates for the interview.Strong project management experienceStrong facilitation and collaboration skillsStrong business knowledge / acumenOutstanding organizational skills including knowledge of quality and project management tools and techniques.Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate at all levels with clinical, technical and administrative staff, vendors, and engineers.Analytical skills necessary to organize and oversee the work of systems analysts/technical resources to effectively evaluate the quality of work performed.Demonstrated experience with process/workflow analysis, design and implementationDemonstrated change management skillsRequires extensive knowledge of project management, resource management, performance management, managing service levels (24X7 in some cases), computer systems configuration, and customer service.
