Job Description

    Responsibilities
    1. Pre-sales activities including lead generation, quality research, calling up decision makers of the target customer to get meetings for the sales team.
    2. Explaining about RDP products to prospective clients/leads.
    3. Acquiring new clients and meeting targets from the database provided by the company.
    4. Following up with the prospective clients till the leads are closed.
    5. Prepare for meetings/calls via structured research about the target client.
    6. Create presentations based on the client requirements.
    7. Coordinate with the Business Partners to generate proposal.
    8. To provide regular feedback about product demand, market trend, competition, Sales Forecast vs Actual Sales.
    9. Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, product campaigns and market-specific initiatives.
    10. Conduct marketing-related research including, but not limited to, research on prospective clients, current market conditions, marketing events and competitor information.
    11. Identify potential customers for new business, ensuring that major sales opportunities are captured and explore.
    12. Respond to customer inquiries, and serve as an important source of customer and product information.

    1. Freshers with Masters degree or Equivalent in Marketing/sales/International Business.
    2. Must have a take charge personality but also possess a strong teamwork ethic.
    3. Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
    4. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
    5. Adaptable, flexible and able to multitask.
    6. Must have a business mindset.
    7. Should be flexible with any kind of sales & marketing role
    8. Presentable; good interpersonal skills; quick learner
    9. Excellent knowledge in ppt presentation.
    10. Willingness to travel 50% to 80% of the time.
    Benefits/ CompensationTerms & Conditions of the Employment:
    1. The initial designation would be Management trainee /Trainee.
    2. The candidate will be in a training period for first 6 Months and then from 6th Month to 12th Months they will be in the On Job Training.
    3. The Shortlisted Candidate will have to sign the Employment Bond for the Period of Two (2) Years.
    4. If the candidate wishes to discontinue the employment within the bond period then they have to pay the training cost of Rs. 80,000/- to the company.
    5. The salary in hand for the first one year will be Rs. 15000/- months. All other benefits like insurance, Travel Allowance and or any allowance applicable to the job role will be provided separately.
    6. The Notice period after the bond duration will be 60 Days.
    7. The salary hike is done Annually which depends on the companys performance & Individual performance. Average hike per year ranges from 5% to 50% on basic.
