Job DescriptionThe candidate for the Risk Governance role would be required to support the evolution of a centralized Risk Partner engagement within the various programs and infuse risk practices into standard execution activities associated with the success of the overall Program through quality audits.ResponsibilitiesEnsure adoption and adherence to the Enterprise Change Standards and GTO Controls Management System by performing QAKey Program Risk Identification and Reporting of risks to senior leadershipEnsure Audit Readiness for GTO, Finance, PCA assessments and Enterprise Change reviews.Work closely with project/ change managers to remediate identified issuesBasic/ Advanced excel knowledgeDevelop reporting capabilities on risk data analytics that will enable effective decision making, increase awareness of risk programs and activities, and cultivate a robust risk culture within the program.Support the Risk Governance team in reinstating the Deliverable Quality Assurance program in order to sustain and/ or improve the quality of the deliverables to a level that is commensurate with the expectations of a high rigor programEstablish overall norms and standards for Risk Governance; train and advise teams as neededCultivate and deepen relationships with key stakeholdersRequirementsEducationPost- graduate(preferably)/ GraduateCertifications If Any PMP, CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)/ CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)/ or equivalent. Accounting knowledge and computer skills Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in ERP systems/ SAP is a plusExperience RangeCandidate should have minimum 3 years of work experience with Enterprise RiskManagement/ Program Risk Management with in- depth understanding of Risk Governance at anOrganization level with over all of 8 to 10+ years of working experienceDesired skillsFamiliarity with Bank specific deliverables (BRD, FMEA, etc )Work TimingsRotational Shifts 1130 to 2230,
