Ideally , candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team - wide delivery milestones.Ultimately , a successful Delivery Manager should own and be ultimately responsible for the delivery of all projects within a client or a set of clients.Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact to customer on behalf of TA Digital s Delivery. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. Lead offshore project managers to ensure projects are delivered on schedule. Track key project performance metrics and control change management. Lead onsite delivery team assigned to the project or client. Present periodic status reports to client and conduct Quarterly business reviews. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow wallet share with customers. Requirements Over 10+ years of experience in delivering web / digital experience projects. Over 5+ years of experience as project manager. Account Management experience is a big plus. Strong implementation and support experience in digital marketing technologies like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , Sitecore , Drupal , Marketo , Analytics , Search , HTML5 , CSS3 , JavaScript , Java , ASP.Net , PHP. Experience in managing site rebranding projects from design to delivery. Demonstrable ability to communicate , present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization , including executive and C - level. Experience delivering client - focused solutions to customer needs. Excellent listening , negotiation and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. BA / BS degree in Business Administration , Engineering or Marketing.
