Job Description

Job Purpose To assist in execution of salesoutreach for the Advanced Management programmes ensuring quality and profile of students as per objectives decided by CEE RCIs. Job Outline The incumbent is responsible for executing the entire gamut of outreachcalling activities for AMPs for attracting a superior quality of students into Long duration programmes (AMPBA, AMPPP, AMPI,AMPMO AMPH), ensuring the goals of Class size, quality are met. Intended focus will be on AMP-MO, AMP-I, AMP-H however incumbent will support all LDPs as required To meet the above objective, the incumbent will be required to assist in nurturing leads procured from various road shows, digital marketing activities, information sessions and lead generation resources assuring efficient and productive funnel management. The incumbent will be required to work closely wih ProcessEngagement and Digital teams of CEE.       • S.N Key Responsibilities % Time Spent 1 Lead management, nurturing and conversion 40% 2 Assistance in Road shows, Info sessions 30% 3 Coordination with vendors and process 10% 4 Assistance in completion of applications 10% 5 Assist in interview logistscs 10% Any Other Significant Input The incumbent should be preferably from a good management school. She will be assisting the Sr Manager of AMPs Admissions in managing the outreachcalling activities. The position is a number driven profile and requires alternative flexible hours. Incumbent should be comfortable working under pressure and on weekends as well.
        • Skills and Qualifications Job Specification Knowledge Education Specific Skills Desirable Experience Management education from a reputed institute will be preferred
          1. Sales and Business Development
          2. Communication, Influence and Negotiation (written and verbal)
          3. Individual Group Presentation
          4. Lead and Sales Funnel management
          5. Comfortable in working alternative schedules including evenings and weekends.
          6. Ability and willingness to travel.
          7. Minimum 4 years for Manager. Should be preferably from sales driven environment, knowledge of digital and process will be added advantage
