Job Description

Officer - Account Delivery Planning Hyderabad, India

Role Summary

The project manager role supports creation of ADPs and is responsible for the execution and quality of the ADPs. The successful candidate will take initiative, exercise independent thinking, multi-task activities, set priorities, and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast paced environment. Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be interested in working in a professional and team-oriented environment. In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience with many business, finance, technology, and to contribute to a major initiative within the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Under general supervision, support in the end-to end planning, management and execution of a project; assume responsibility for assigned project deliverables
  • Help develop and maintain end to end plans to manage project timeline, scope, deliverables and resources
  • Utilize standard best practice project artifacts and cadence to establish and maintain project structure and governance (e.g., project charter, issues list, meeting cadence, reporting etc.)
  • Efficient communication and relationship management with multiple stakeholders including (Sponsors, Senior Management, GCOOs, GCDMs);
  • Provide robust project level reporting, (including governance metrics, reporting) tracking for initiative to ensure target timelines and milestones are met.
  • The project manager must provide support to multiple engagements simultaneously to ensure work is completed within pre-determined deadlines by managing his/her time appropriately Support in project communications, risks and issues resolution; anticipate and escalate when necessary
  • Engage in continuous improvement of team through sharing of best practices and/or learning opportunities (e.g., hosting a lunch learn, PMI Roundtable, contributing to Collaborate Site, etc.)
  • Act in accordance with Risk Excellence and demonstrate ethical behaviour and decision making as part of our Way Ahead foundation
  • Perform other duties as required.
Experience / Qualification / Key Skills / Attributes
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail; process redesign experience highly desired
  • Strong/Expert- level in MS Project and Powerpoint. Strong Proficiency with other MS Office tools and experience with the creation of executive-level communications/presentations.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, meet deadlines and effectively execute in a fast paced environment; Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong familiarity with large scale initiatives, operations, and STT businesses. Familiarity with STT technology and infrastructure a plus
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and prioritization complemented by strong decision-making capability; Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Working knowledge of analytics or related technical consulting with experience working with analytics tools such as SAS, Alteryx, Enterprise Miner, SSPS, Minitab, R, SQL, Business Objects, Qlikview, Tableau, or Spotfire
  • PMP or PMP candidate a plus; Collaborate proficiency will be useful.
  • Excellent communication skills and written skills. Must have the ability to comfortably interact communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • 6-10 years experience as a project manager supporting large global transformation programs.
