Job Description

    The Manager Collections Strategy Delivery Build role is responsible for implementation of Collection strategies which would include letters, emails, text & phone contact channels related to Delinquent (Pre-charge off), Pre-delinquent & Recovery accounts utilizing SAS, Experian Power Curve (Strategy Manager) and Fiserv Rules. The Analyst leads solution development with build team, direct manager and change requestor for new projects, new clients, and Strategy Change Initiatives within Strategy Delivery Team. Analysis of collection strategies and development/ enhancement of implementation processes are key elements for this role. Participates on multiple initiatives as Build SME for SAS, Strategy Manager Application and Fiserv Rules Platform. Information exchange requiring tact and diplomacy is a significant feature of the job.Essential Responsibilities:Implements Collections and Operational Strategy initiatives for all delinquent accounts and Strategy designated Pre-Delinquent & Recovery accounts leveraging leading edge technology to enhance customer experience.Partner with collections contact strategy team, collection operations and process owners to determine strategy implementation requirements and develop/ ensure streamlined approaches to coding, unit testing and queuing processWorks independently to provide Level of Effort for scoping and scheduling the change requestsProject Manager/ SME for collections projects involving Alternate channel strategies (SAS) and Phone channel strategies (Strategy manager processes)Provides recommendations for process enhancements based upon Design ReviewsLeads and approves design solutionDevelop and monitor dashboards including analysis, action plans and identification of process improvements, support simplification strategies including life-cycle tools and treatments specific to champion/challenger strategies that include digital channels, and other outbound correspondencePartners with process owners in establishing procedures and requirements to ensure accurate and timely delivery with regulatory and compliance standardsPartners with Collections Data Warehouse team and Enterprise Data Lake teams for issue resolutionProvide account level research for understanding of Collection processingWork independently with minimum to moderate supervisionPerform other duties and/or special projects as assignedQualifications/Requirements:Bachelors degree in any discipline.5+ years combined experience in financial services, collections, operations, data analysis and analytics or computer programming3+ years experience with SQL based reporting tools such as SAS & Business Objects3+ years experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint3+ years analytical and decision-making experience3+ years experience with design, test and control environments working with large amount of data.For Internal Applicants: Understand the criteria or mandatory skills required for the role, before applying.Inform your Manager or HRM before applying for any role on Workday.Ensure that your Professional Profile is updated (fields such as Education, Prior experience, Other skills) and it is mandatory to upload your updated resume (Word or PDF format)Must not be any corrective action plan (First Formal/Final Formal, PIP)Employees who have completed 18 months in the organization and 12 months in current role and level are only eligible.Level 8+ employees can applyDesired Characteristics:3+ years experience with Experian Power curve & Fiserv Rules3+ years experience with collections data warehouse.3+ years Strategy Manager Development (batch mode) experienceStrategy Implementation or queuing within Fiserv Rules or comparable platform experienceExperience in Fiserv Green screens and ticket processing experienceAbility to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently with commitment to deadlinesDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate and present business results to management,
