Job Description

  • To Manage the Credit control function of the company.
  • Regular review of Credit limits policy and ensures its effective execution.
  • Credit assessment of the customers based on internal and external data and assign appropriate credit amount and credit days for customer.
  • Systematically reduce Company DSO level.
  • Closely Work with sales and marketing team for customer outstanding review and timely collection
  • Review Overdue outstanding and take proactive action to collect the same.
  • Wherever necessary coordinate with legal team to send notice to customer and File legal case.
  • Work towards process improvement to adapt changing business need.
  • Capability building for Sales and marketing team by providing training for credit assessment and other related areas.
  • Regular review of internal control mechanism and work towards improvement wherever needed.
  • Regular Visits to customer for credit evaluation and resolving Finance related issues, if any.
  • Commercial negotiation.
  • Identification of areas of operational improvement and execution of remedial plan.
  • Any other task assigned from time to time in Finance.
