Managing the existing team, run existing marketing operations along with expansion of the existing account. Key Responsibilities Review the requirements of client marketing communications projects and coordinate with the marketing automation production team. Set up, facilitate and participate in various meetings with stakeholders and working groups. Outputs include project and stakeholder review decks, project plans, issue tracking, minutes of meeting, etc. Initiate project calls between production team, stakeholders and other vendors (if applicable) to understand the project workflow. Prepare reports on the regular basis for traffic (work) received monthly/ quarterly basis. Identify and communicate issues/ risks/ conflicts in a timely manner to the senior stakeholders and prepare fresh project timelines. Understand operational metrics and help project/ practice manager to execute project plans accordingly. Work closely with various stakeholders to understand the timelines of various deliverables. Play an important role in managing the process and ensuring high Customer Satisfaction levels. Manage the team and their growth along with maintaining their utilization levels. Work closely with accounts team for on time invoicing or Change requests. Manage project budgets, SOW, Change Requests for existing as well as new projects. Mandatory Skillset Ability to work in global environment and interact with global stakeholders. Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, consultative and solutions- oriented skills. Must be excellent at diplomacy and effective negotiation skills. Knowledge of Service Delivery Model and any Marketing Automation tools like Marketo/ Adobe Campaign/ Pardot/ Eloqua/ Salesforce Marketing cloud. Knowledge of CRM and responsive design (UI/ UX) a strong plus. Ability to monitor, track and resolve risk management related to projects. Knowledge of various digital marketing techniques, preferably: Email Marketing, Lead Nurture, Social Media and CRM. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.,
