Job Description

Disposal of Hazard waste material from various companies. Arrange the Reagents requirement for proper Stabilization of waste. Maintain records as per MPCB. Safely dispose the high-Risk material water reactive, highly flammable liquid, etc. Blending Hazardous liquid by engineering tech. paddle mixer, stabilization pit, etc. Co-ordination with laboratory for the dispose critical waste with zero environmental effect. Continuous providing raw material liquid, solid, etc. to Incineration plant, Leachate Management from nos. of landfill. Identify the unsafe acts & unsafe condition in company. Developing permit to work procedure & impart training to staff in implementation of various permit procedures. Handling of the hazardous waste, chemicals, control of the air water & pollution, checking of the Fire Extinguisher. Inspection assists as assigned in accident investigation, regulatory compliance etc. Development of on-site emergency plans & training the staff & workers in emergency management. Training workers & staff in basic skill required for firefighting. Organizing the safety promotional activities for motivating the worker & staff for accident prevention. Conducting Safety Reports, Safety Audits, Safety Committee Meeting, Safety Inspection & SOP, etc Preparing monthly safety inspection report & safety committee meeting. Conduct the Mock Drill (Fire Fighting Training - Every Three Months) Organize Safety, Environment & Fire Day in the Company. Facing External IMS (ISO 9001, EMS 14001 & OSHAS 18001) & MNC companies Audits like Sandoz, Cipla Ltd, Watson Pharma.
